Lima Qowe

This design represents the Castilian rabbit (Spanish rabbit). In Choquecancha, a community in Cusco, it is woven as a pata pallay, meaning it has two faces and represents two little Castilian rabbits. These rabbits are not typically found in the rural countryside, but rather may be found in fairs in Lares (Proyecto Corredor Puno-Cusco 2005).
