Tapestry
Tapiz or tapestry is an ancient technique in which different colors of weft completely cover the warp to create patterns.
Golon
Golon is a twill tapestry technique done with multiple heddles (a cord or wire used to separate warp threads) for raising the warps. It is used to produce golones, the narrow bands used to decorate a skirt borders. They are usually brightly colored with geometric patterns and the warp is a solid that is light in color except for the edge threads, which are a contrasting color.
